Event: Dinner Cruise 2026

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in a boat cruise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Vessel movement and balance-related risks
Slippery decks and surfaces
Boarding and disembarking hazards
Weather and water-related conditions
I voluntarily assume all risks for myself and all individuals included in my registration.

2. Release of Liability

I agree to release, waive, and discharge Cornerstone Church, its leaders, volunteers, event organizers, affiliates, and the vessel operator from any and all liability for:

Injury, illness, or death
Loss or damage to personal property
arising from participation in this event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Responsibility for Group Registration

I confirm that:

I am registering on behalf of myself and all members of my party
I have authority to accept this waiver on their behalf
All attendees are physically able to participate safely
Children will be supervised at all times by a responsible adult
4. Conduct & Christian Fellowship Expectations

As this is a church-organized event, I agree that all participants will:

Conduct themselves respectfully and in a manner consistent with Christian values
Follow all instructions from crew, staff, and event volunteers
Avoid behavior that may disrupt others or compromise safety
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Health & Safety

I confirm that:

I and all members of my party are in suitable health to attend
I will not attend if experiencing contagious illness symptoms
I will follow any safety guidelines provided by staff or the vessel crew
6. Weather & Event Changes

I understand that:

The cruise schedule, route, or timing may change due to weather or safety conditions
The event may be delayed, modified, or canceled if necessary
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

I acknowledge that:

Tickets may be non-refundable, except under conditions determined by the organizers
8. Photo & Media Release

I grant permission for Cornerstone Church to use photos or videos taken during the event for:

Church promotions
Social media
Community outreach
If I do not wish to be photographed, I will notify the organizers in advance.

9. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By registering and checking the agreement box, I confirm that:

I have read and understood this waiver
I agree to all terms stated above
I accept this agreement on behalf of myself and all members of my group
